	Rates & Policies * Season - Open May 1 to November 15 * Two-night minimum stay on weekends * 50% deposit (Full payment in advance for 1 night stay) * Balance payable on arrival in cash or travelers check * Stay 5 days or longer and receive a 5% discount * Senior (65+) Discount 10% * Smoking permitted only on outside deck * We cannot accommodate pets * Children Welcome * Check-in 1 PM - Check out 11 AM Cancellations 3 weeks in advance for a full refund of deposit; thereafter, deposit will be returned upon re-booking Room Rates - Private Party, maximum 6 guests. (all occupying rates are subject to change) * Double occupancy- $240 * 2 couples, 4 guest- $350 * Additional guest $50 per person * Inquire about our family discount rates. * Cruises - Boston Harbor islands * Dinners - Gourmet 5 course dinner with complimentary bottle of wine - $50 per person Maximum 6 guests *Sunset cruise/day cruise- $225 per hour Guest can bring their own food and bar or have it catered Unique cocktail parties offered at dockside for up to 15 guests *Weekly Vacation Rentals* $1600 two people $1950 four people $2200 six people
